Acrobatic Arts

Acrobatics is all about flexibility, strength, timing and great line.

We run the Acrobatic Arts accredited system . AcroDance , or acro as it is commonly referred to by dancers, is the beautiful fusion of classical dance technique and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements.

Acro dancers seamlessly blend musicality, emotional expression, line and extension with acrobatic movements in a dance contexts.

Our teachers and assistants have been carefully trained and our equipment is fabulous. We have an acro Pad and several padded runways.

The progression up our 3 levels is not age dependent but ability dependent. Therefore the ages are quite mixed.

There are tricks to perform and lifts so safety is always at our core when training this genre.

The emphasis is on performing and we give plenty of opportunities to do this.
